Lindsey at Farnborough Hall in Genuine 3D.

Sit normally in front of the screen. It may be better to remove spectacles. Hold the mask halfway between the screen and your face and look throught the aperture, focussing on the screen. Now focus on the letters abc printed on the mask and you will be aware of two out-of-focus vertical lines on the screen. These are the images of the border between the two photos as seen by the left eye and the right eye and you see two because you are not focussing on the screen. Now gradually bring the mask closer to your face, still focussing on the abc letters, and you will be aware of two images of Lindsey coming closer together until they finally meet. Bring the mask an inch or so nearer after they meet and then carefully look below the abc letters and focus on the screen, perhaps tilting your head a little to left or right to make sure the eyes are level. You should now see a 3D picture of Lindsey and, if you bring the mask just a little closer to your face, the picture will be nicely framed. Carefully look around the new picture and you will see that it is all in 3D. Concentrate on trying not to alter the focus of your eyes and be aware that accidentally tilting the head to left or right can upset the effect. All this takes a little practice but you will soon become expert at viewing the 3D image. Let me know how you get on.
